- Download and fill in the application form.
- Send it by regular mail, together with:
• a clear copy of your valid passport;
• 2 photo's (passport size);
• originally certified (*) copies of your diploma's (in the original language and in English);
• originally certified (*) copies of the lists of marks (in the original language and in English);
• an IELTS score of 6.0 or a TOEFL score of 550 in the English language.
- After a positive comparison of certificates you will receive an admission letter.
(This procedure normally takes about 4 weeks. In case external advice has to be asked at Nuffic ( Netherlands organization for cooperation in higher education) it can take much longer!)
At the same time we will also send an invoice. As soon as we have received the total invoice amount (payment in instalments is not possible!!), we will finish your enrolment at Fontys University and start the visa procedure (if applicable).
(*) Photocopy of the original diploma and grade list with new original signature or stamp. Your school, town hall, police or another official body can do the certification/validation of your papers. If the copies of your diploma's and list of marks are not certified we cannot start the enrolment.
If you want to start in a higher year (2 nd , 3 rd or 4 th ), besides the standard required documents you also have to send us:
• a motivation letter
• the transcript
This document contains:
- Course name
- Course code
- Grade
- Study credits
• the description of the courses (only those that are applicable for the student, those in the transcript)
• the official documents like diploma or certificates.

Visa
For the “temporary residence permit” application, an application form must be completed and a number of documents submitted.

Cancellation course
If the enrolment is cancelled before the beginning of the course, only a small amount for administrative procedures must be paid (60 euro).
