1) Before May 1, 2009 you have to apply at Studielink. Indicate that you want to be considered for decentralised selection. After your enrolment procedure at Studielink you will receive a confirmation email from Studielink. Print this email.
2) Apply at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences, the English Stream Physiotherapy by sending us the application formwhich you will find in the brochure, and a motivation letter.Send this application form, the motivation letter and the email from Studielink to:

Admission policy for non-European students

Tuition fees and other costs
For EU students
The tuition fee for 2009-2010 is € 1625,- each year.
Note: for possible grants or study loans, go to the website of the Dutch IB group: www.IB-groep.nl (international visitors)
For non EER students
The tuition for 2009-2010 is€ 7200,- each year. You will receive a Fontys grant of € 3500,-
The first year we will charge you for the costs of your Visa (€ 250,-) and residence permit (€ 188,-).
Number of Student Places
To maintain a personal and informal atmosphere and for logistic reasons, the school accepts 30 european students and 10 non-european students each year. The students will be divided in to two groups. This enables a good communication between students and teachers and guarantees appropriate feed back during practical classes.
